- Cob webbing service utilizes a specialized
“electromagnetic” extension handled brush to eliminate cobwebs,
without damage to painted surfaces.
- Mopping function utilizes “micro fiber mop
heads” for better coverage
and elimination of shredded mop threads.
- Sweeping of flooring is accomplished
utilizing standard, angle and soft
bristle
push brooms. Dust mops and dust cloth treatment are utilized for
marble and wood surfaces cleaning.
- Vacuuming tasks utilizes “hepa vacuum
systems” to assure against leaking
of dust particles.
Pressure Cleaning Equipment:
- Pressure cleaning function utilizes
modern 3000 PSI (pounds per square inch) equipment with hover
cover attachments specifically designed to
clean hard surfaces
such as sidewalks, catwalks, stairwells,
pool decks, etc.
Floor Cleaning and Waxing Equipment:
- Flooring waxing and striping is
accomplished utilizing both standard 180
rpm equipment for spray
buffing and an auto scrubber in conjunction with high speed
burnishing equipment for larger floor coverage jobs. Non-slip
floor finish is utilized as customer safety is always of high
concern for us.
Carpet Cleaning Equipment:
- Carpet cleaning is accomplished utilizing
extraction and bonnet method equipment..
Chemicals:
- Chemicals utilized in our cleaning process
are high graded industry
accepted products. Green products
are always our preferred use.
